I E
Admissions process is absolutely shocking. I applied in early October for international entry for my children, I sent over required documentation within hours (not days) of being asked, and paid the GBP250 fee. The school then completely failed for TWO MONTHS to communicate a date for entrance exams, and in fact did not communicate at all. I sent several follow-up e-mails, and made multiple phone calls, but got nothing back from them. In that time, I applied to another school, organized entrance exams, scheduled interviews, and received and accepted offers. This was before Felsted could even respond to a single e-mail. When I requested a refund of my application fee, I still received no communication from Felsted, until the point when I indicated the next e-mail would be a small claims court summons - apparently they do respond to that. This school should be avoided by all international families. Imagine entrusting your child, overseas, to an organization not even competent enough to run its own admissions process. The admissions team, and international admissions in particular, needs to be completely revamped as the staff there are completely out of their depth. Only giving it one star because I can't give it zero. Awful.
