I been here few times, I don't really know the doctor's working here but receptionists were always very polite and professional. I keep coming back to see the nurse here and she is exceptional. On occasions she even went beyond here duties finding the way to organize things needed to help me. I was very impressed and she is someone I can rely on, someone I can trust. My experience so far was always great therefore 5*. Thank you guys.

Doctor so rude to my daughter regarding not giving personal information to reception, although my daughter suffering anxiety. Personal is for a reason, shouldn't have to explain to reception about anything other than repeat prescription. I'm very annoyed with the rude response and no help given.

Doctors have always been good and helpful, however I find it very hypocritical that always told have to wear a mask at the surgery - which doesn’t bother me - by the receptionists when they aren’t even wearing masks… There is also one receptionist who comes across rude and acts like you are an annoyance just being there.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A SURGERY🤦♂️ One star is being generous!! This place has to be the worst site in Essex!! The doctors are brilliant, Dr Aslam is the best in Essex, but the receptionists are a disgrace!! My 5year old Daughter had all the symptoms of STREP A, and all the receptionist said was…what would you like me to do about it??🤯😤🤬 Umm, I dunno… let me guess…??? See a nurse or doctor to confirm it, would be fantastic!! But, all I got in reply was… we’re fully booked!! Like it’s more of a hotel than a duty of care medical surgery!!😖 The best bit was, I could call the after hours care until at 6.30pm!! 🤨 This happened at 3pm!! Of course, any decent parent would be happy to make their young child wait 3/4 hours, to seek medical attention!!🤷🏻♂️ Then again, any decent receptionist would have seen my daughter, and thought, yeah see NEEDS to be seen ASAP!! This receptionist needs to be sacked!! Or at the very least, needs an intensive course on diplomacy and attitude!! The mind boggles how these people get past the interviews, for these jobs!! Imagine if this was your child or grandparent, unwell & not seen!!😑 SHAMBLES, SHAMBLES, SHAMBLES!!!
