Needed to get a referral for a private MRI ASAP. Within several hours of cold calling Steve he was able to get me a phone consultation completed and a referral letter sent through for an exceptionally reasonable price. He was able to give me a good idea of time frames for the various recovery times based upon the symptoms i'm currently showing and what the injury could be based on the information available to him. I used Steve at SJST, in the Emperor gym in York, very convenient for me. Steve was very helpful and corrected my self diagnosis of a glutes problem that had stopped me from running and made walking painful. His exercise and strengthening programme, and careful explanation of the problem has resulted in full recovery - and avoided permanent issues. I'm now running again and rebuilding my speed and stamina. I'd very much recommend him!

Arrived and met by Andre. I was in a lot of pain (lower back) and having had an in-depth initial assessment, Andre went to work on my back. After treatment I was given exercises to do to ensure continuous movement and eradicate any more spasms. I left being able to move again and although I still have slight discomfort, it is 100% better than when I arrived. Thank you Andre. 🙏🏻
