The kit is good but the authorised fitter did a very shoddy job. He just twisted the wires together on electrics (no soldering) without adequate insulation - this led to a short on electrical system and a £320 auto electricians bill to rectify. As a consequence I can’t recommend

Quality service. Ordered two chairs and a camping cupboard/table. Arrived a couple of days later. One of the chairs was unfortunately damaged, so called them up, spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for the damaged chair to be collected the next day and a replacement delivered at the same time. All sorted within 24hrs. Now, I don't mind when businesses make mistakes, it's how they fix them that matters and towsure were spot on. Brilliant service, thanks 👍🏻

Their website says they offer a towbar fitting service for all motors, but apparently for my vehicle its not available? Happy to sell them to you for you to do yourself, because were electricians and mechanics aren't we.

Enquired about VW T6 towbar,great sales team (Michelle) quick arrival once purchased,fitted fast & free.reccomend the "vehicle specific"kit if your van is kitted out & you don't want disruption/drilling to furnishings ect,also it's plug & play, seamlessly talks to ECU ect ect,so be wary of the universal cheaper option as it might not suit your specific needs👍

The customer service and manager at towsure are awful. Their standards are very poor. I’ve reported this company to trading standards for refusing a refund on a product which immediately failed on use and I believe the reason for this is a low quality imitation. I’ve also had to request my credit card company look into it as fraud. Avoid - this people are clearly cheats when they are at fault.
