Aldona is very calm and kind and professional and takes time to listen and offer solutions whether it be reflexology, polarity, books or exercises or products to help alleviate pain or symptoms. I have just underwent my treatment and it feels soooo good. Aldona is so welcoming, knowledgeable and comforting. I felt the result straight away - as a fundamental relief and the flow of the new energy and freshness. Aldona discovered my problems without me telling anything - just by touching my feet. I was especially astonished when she identified that I have an issue with wisdom teeth. This is a very special and individual kind of treatment which everyone shall treat themselves with. I was Aldona's case study when she first began in her career in reflexology whilst training Aldona was very passionate about holistic approaches to help heal and balance the body. After having 2 brain surgeries with it just almost being 3 years since my first and is just over a year since my second, and also having a endocrine disorder, I inlisted the help of Aldona to help me to be able to try and help my body to self heal as I suffer with a lot of fatigue, anxiety, and a HUGE amount of pain and need to take daily medication and pain management procedures. Aldona has been very supportive through the last 7-8 months and is always trying to find ways to help me relax and deal with my anxiety and depression by teaching me basic relaxation and meditation techniques to help me to be able to cope with my day to day struggles due to the change of my life and capabilities. I have weekly reflexology treatments which I really enjoy and feel benefits of the time Aldona puts into the session which is very positive along with positive energy which helps my anxiety and stress a lot! With my medical history it will take time for my body to self heal. I would HIGHLY Aldona to anyone interested in a holistic approach life
