    I joined about a year and half ago and it's been the best thing ever. Working in a group motivates me and the coaches Adem/James/Lisa are amazing in how they deliver the classes and motivates us to push to our best ability. Every week I look forward to the classes and seeing the lovely people. Each class is always different which is great. Highly recommend anyone who has either a fitness goal or just wants to get out the house and have some me time and "feel good" as the name says it all :)

    I joined FGF N14 six months ago and have been attending the 6.20 am classes. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels no matter what their individual fitness level is. Every session has been carefully constructed to target specific areas and there are a variety of modifications depending on how much you want to be challenged. The service caters for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are shy or feel awkward or even if you already have an above average fitness, there is room for all to attain their individual goals under the teams guidance. James is very knowledgable and has an excellent approach to people. He is always welcoming, motivating and professional. Aside of giving me lots of tips and encouragement during the classes, he has checked in with me on a regular basis to ensure I maintain my confidence and consistency. His advice has also helped me manage old injuries and improve weak areas so I can safely progress through sessions. The WhatsApp groups are always alive with more fitness and nutritional support too. There are also social meet ups which always sound like a lot of fun and are well attended which I think shows how well FGF N14 know their clients. There is nothing pretentious or misleading about the service, it does exactly what it says, makes you feel good through fitness!

    In the past I couldn't continue gym because of laziness or same set of exercises and also I couldn't get enough guidance from coaches (unless you have a personal trainer). I joined Feel Good Fitness about an year ago and it is really benefiting me. I am always motivated for my next class (even though I miss a lot due to my work) because of new routine everyday and wonderful coaches. Also, you have 10-15 different people doing the same exercise as you which motivates you to keep going. James/Adam also provides a lot of support & guidance to maintain the diet. Overall, if you are person who cannot stick to a schedule for long, you must join Feel Good Fitness.

    In my beginning less than 2 months ago I was size 16 and now I'm proudly size 12. The trainers are very kind, give you a really good explanation for the whole process, they motivated you 100% and change your habits totally. They give nutricion advice, that's help to go ahead and its the most important thing to get fit in a healthy way. Have experience before my start with Feel Good Fitness with no luck.     It's not your typical workout group and that's what makes it great. You train in a group yet still get the 1-2-1 support where and when needed. They educate you about fitness & nutrition, motivate you and you definitely see results when you stick to it. The results are on paper, they don't lie, it's all monitored 🙌

    I am SO pleased I found Feel Good Fitness. Having had my second baby my body confidence was at an all time low and I felt sluggish & unmotivated. I have always enjoyed exercise but generally lack the motivation to keep up with it. These classes have changed that. No 2 classes are the same and the variety of times available means I can make it work around my very busy life. You pay a monthly membership and can attend as many classes as you like (I aim for 3 a week). The classes include everything from weight training, circuits, cardio, stretching, boxing & mobility plus regular fitness tests so you can actually see the results of your hard work. The trainers James, Adem & Lisa are warm, welcoming & encouraging - pushing you if you want to be pushed and regularly checking in. There is a shared whatsapp group for updates as well as dietary information, hints & training tips. Regular social events mean its a great way to meet locals if you want to. You don’t have to be super into your fitness to join - there are all shapes and sizes, no judgement and no pressure - it’s very refreshing actually. 2 months in and I am already feeling much stronger & more energised. I look forward to the classes and when its the only ‘me’ time I get at the moment that says a lot! I feel so much happier within myself and automatically want to eat better on the days I work out without trying. Post babies my body is different now & I don’t feel the need to flash diet like I might have done in the past - the mind set here is slow and steady and everything in moderation. You don’t have to cut out all the things you enjoy! I’m learning to love my new shape and am working on being as strong & healthy as possible so I can be a role model for my kids. Highly recommend, I wish I had joined a long time ago but I’m thrilled I’m part of the team now!
