From the first point of contact I knew that feel good films were not only professional but that they loved their work. I felt a huge energy during our first meeting and I knew they were genuinely interested in helping, firstly to understand my business but then to figure out the best way to promote it. They offer a full collaboration, it wasn't solely their ideas. They listened to my vision and made their own adaptations to it. Leading up to the first day filming, I was kept up to date with timings and had regular communication etc. Ranald and his team turned up promptly, they were very polite and respectful of my client. They made Jan, my client, feel very comfortable during the process. The equipment they used was incredible, I was genuinely blown away by the huge effort that was put in for I deemed a small production. We even had a huge shade to block out any sun light that was interfering with the videoing. During the filming, they were very accommodating of re takes and we're on hand to give prompting suggestions. Since our first shoot I have had a few meetings with Ranald to discuss working together on a permanent basis. Each time he has welcomed new ideas and has been happy to amend his costing to suit my business needs. For my service comes before the product, and that's not me saying the product can be poor, it's just emphasizing how important relationships and customer service are. The team at feel good films love their work, that's obvious by their energy and clear passion. I'm really looking forward to working with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone waiting to market their services.
