I used to be a regular customer of this company but I don't like getting marketing emails so turned them all off in my account profile. Now guess what, the company still keep sending me marketing emails in the guise of being "Eye Care Health Updates" which just happens to include my previous contact lens order details. They must think they're so clever but I don't like what I consider to be underhand behaviour so they've now lost a long term customer.

i made the mistake of using these guys twice. same deal both times. false promises regarding delivery times, blame games, and abysmal customer service. if you aren't chasing them up constantly, they do nothing. if you're lucky, you might get a template email. grossly unprofessional and pretty much useless. hopefully they go out of business soon. please don't make the mistake i made.

Awful delivery service - Evri ‘attempted’ to deliver my parcel 3 times where each occasion they did not alert me they were here so I wasn’t able to get the parcel. Feel Good contacts then took AGES to resolve the issue we’re talking WEEKS and agreed to offer me a refund. I did not receive the refund and had to chase them up or they wouldn’t have issued it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Used to be a decent company to deal with but not anymore. Inept and rude really. Order arrived I did not order, sent it back and asked for a refund. Was told refund would be within 3 to 5 days. 3 days later order arrived again!! Rang to complain and was told If I sent them back via the post office then I would get my refund. Asked to speak to a Manager and was told a manager would call me within 24 hours. You've lost a customer of 10 plus years!!
