With Esra’s support and advice, I became stronger than I have ever been and now feel I have fully recovered after the birth of my second child. She brought me so much hope and determination, and made me realise that it’s entirely possible to run again, something I never thought I would be able to do. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Esra. I saw her throughout my pregnancy, when she provided me with targeted physio for pelvic pain and then massage for the more general aches and pains associated with pregnancy. I found this treatment incredibly helpful, and have since returned to Esra for a post-natal check up. She's provided me with helpful guidance and daily exercises to help with my post-partum recovery, as well as advice which has built my confidence in safely returning to regular exercise. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Extremely professional physiotherapy examination and treatment from Esra! Made sure I was comfortable at all times and helped me with my neck pain explaining which steps to take from here. My neck felt significantly better and I felt more comfortable straight away the next day. After few sessions, I am not getting the tension headaches anymore! Thanks a lot.

I am glad to meet Ms.Esra. I was suffering from severe back pain for such a long time. I have tried other treatments to get rid of my pain. I wasnt able to handle my pain when I woke up I could not even move. A month ago, I booked an appointment at Feel Flex Physiotherapy Clinic. I would undoubutely say that this decision the best one I have ever done for my body. After only one session with Esra, my back pain significantly reduced. Much appreciated to meet this wonderful physio thanks a lot for the help.

Would like to give 6 stars! :-) Such a great clinic...super clean and welcoming. Staffed by excellent people and very talented physiotherapists. In particular Esra, who made a huge improvement to my injured calf muscle in just the first session. She's funny and sweet and a lovely person...as well as being blessed with HEALING HANDS! Surely sent from heaven! I was back on my feet...and even playing table tennis again in record time. I thought I'd be incapacitated for months, but with Esra's guidance, instruction, and healing massages, I was well on my way to a full recovery within just a few weeks. I highly recommend this clinic. And Esra in particular :-)

For YEARS I thought I would never get to experience painless intercourse due to my vaginismus, I was truly losing all hope and it was affecting my mental health massively. I felt like giving up. Until I came across Esra’s page and decided to give her pelvic floor therapy a try. She was so extremely patient, understanding and kind.
