Amazing. Karen has really helped me. Broke my wrist a week ago and in a lot of pain. Karen used the SCENAR treatment. It was non-invasive and pleasant and this evening I feel virtually pain free. Highly recommended. Not often you get such dramatic improvements. Certainly a whole lot more effective than the painkillers I was taking that had side effects!

Me and my mum have seen Karen together for a mother-daughter treatment every six weeks for the past six years. The various treatments she has done have helped me with so many things, including pains in my knees and ankles, tension headaches, easing school-related stress and general anxiety. Karen has been absolutely brilliant at helping my mental well-being; she is amazing at being such a kind, calm and reassuring person and her treatments are a positive thing to look forward to at the end of every half-term.

I received the wonderful clinical massage MFR. It was deeply relaxing and released the tight and painful tension in my shoulders that had been a constant dull ache for several days. Full movement of my neck and shoulders was restored, with the lovely Karen giving helpful tips on how to self- help. I can't recommend her fantastic treatments enough.
