Get daily email notifications about to order before 10AM, but they suddenly enforce cut-off time at 9:30 (and continue to send same notifications about 10AM cut off). Support does not do anything even if I reached them at 9:31, saying just "sorry, we do not accept orders after 9:30 exactly"

My workplace uses feedr, and honestly, I think I'd sooner try my luck getting lunch from a bin. Everything they do has needless ingredients, that ruin even the food I do order. The only benefit. It's free to me. Honestly wish my employer would pivot to using pleo or just save themselves the money. Regularly late, smaller than people expect. I Like vegan food, their vegan selection is disgusting.

Edit 2: Today Feedr did not collect the meals from the restaurant. The restaurant remade them because they were out for too long. Then for some reason the order was completely cancelled. Feedr service was always inconsistent, but lately their available options shrunk to the point were there is nothing worthwhile for £15 which is our budget. Apparently the last 2-3 weeks they are also unresponsive/uncontactable for hours and days. I really hope this will be the last time we order from them. If the Tesco meal deal feels like a better option, then there is no point in their service. Edit: I wrote the following review about feedr and give them 3 stars. Since then the service time improved a bit, but the options didn't. Today my only option was some very expensive vegan food, the majority of my colleagues including myself did not enjoy it at all. Feedr is seriously lacking options. Original review: I am getting a bit frustrated with Feedr. Our company sponsors us £xx on the feeder platform once every week. Some weeks the restaurant we order from has a decent selection for this price. Very often though the menu doesn't make any sense at all. This week all options were around 2/3 of the allowance, no drinks, sides or small items to choose from. So 1/3 went into Feedr's pocket since it is not refundable. Last week the restaurant was basically a cheap sandwich shop, so most of my colleagues ordered 3 sandwiches each. They weren't even that good. Some or all of the restaurants (in Feedr) have more comprehensive menus on other platforms. The bottom line is that with my £xx allowance, I can get a dissent lunch of my choice, with salat and drink almost anywhere in London, but not always in Feedr. Their value for money is not good and recently there is a noticeable delay in service. On their website they mention the health aspect of the meals and that it is an HR perk to attract top talent!. I don't see it that way, you can buy healthy food with this amount of money and have a walk/exercise on your unpaid lunch break. Sorry Feedr you need to get more and better option in your platform.

Nice and easy to order, straight forward website, you can't go wrong with ordering. Customer service are spot on the live chat, really fast. nice support The only downs will be when delivery driver miss to pick up some drinks , dips etc and you contact Feedr, most of the times they will issue refund to your credits back into your account, which you cannot use as most of employees have a certain entitlement per day, which means if anything it's missing you won't benefit at all, need to change this in employees favor :)

I use Feedr for individual staff orders each week to take away the admin of asking each employee. We've used to do group orders before too which was quite successful. Feedr is really easy to use, staff select their own meal before the cut off time and they have many restaurants to choose from. They lose a start due to courier issues, the food can arrive later than planned and there aren't any African/Caribbean restaurants available for individual staff orders which is a shame.
