Just rang this place as im in a hostel and got told you dont deliver oarcels outside and then a awkward silence on the phone after and then had phone put down thanks from a starving person.

I find the same staff very kind and help full, always with a smile, polite. They are open roughly from 9.30 to 4 pm some times later depending what staff they have. Food parcels every Friday from 2 until 4 pm depending what donations they have received.
