Absolutely terrible service! The driver didn’t even try to deliver my documents and I noticed it within 10 min since he left the building! For several hours I was begging managers to contact driver to deliver my document today since I have a flight tomorrow! The managers are terrible, the most negative expirience with customer service! They can’t reach out the driver, they can’t send him back, they can’t give me to collect from the station!!! As the results I am loosing my tickets, hotel reservation and finally losing a lot of money since it is a business trip! I think those people and the company shouldn’t be on the market!

Terrible experience at the Little Portland Street branch. Tried to charge me £35 to send a parcel to Europe even though shipping had been already paid for and there was a valid FedEx address / waybill label attached. The guy in there was incredibly rude, and every time I tried to say something he interrupted me rudely. Avoid.

Conveniently, it's open seven days a week. All is done electronically. I shipped a packed bottle of tequila, and they put it in a bigger box with filling to protect it. I made a mistake when typing my email, but I phoned them, and they sent me the tracking number to the correct email address.
