The process of initial consultation and ordering with this company is very good to begin with. But once they've got your money the order appears to be less to do with them and more to do with you as the buyer. Their customer service deteriorates to an unacceptable level and detailed information is regrettably absent. I ordered radiators and assumed they would be dealing with the entire process from ordering to installation. That is, at least, the very impression they give early on in the process. Very heavy rads eventually arrived on a pallet and were dumped on the roadside kerb which is some considerable distance from my front door. I am 72 years of age, live on my own and I suffer from a weak back which I damaged getting them into my home, despite the help of a young delivery driver who was himself not very strong and had no idea initially what was on the pallet. Feature Heating showed little concern. In fact they really didn't want to know nor did they offer any help (let alone sympathy) during any of this. Furthermore they then told me they had no idea when their plumber would be available to fit them and recommended I find one myself! I was left with the rads blocking a very narrow hallway whilst I spent a long time trying to find a suitable plumber and was let down on two occasions. I paid this company a great deal of well earned pennies for these rads. The entire experience was stressful and without any apparent care or interest from the company beyond the initial consultations. Best go elsewhere.
