After fitting a replacement fire change from gas to electric, and doing an excellent job of it, unfortunately they have badly let themselves down on the service side, have been waiting for them to come and fix the fire, one year old, have spoken with receptionist and been advised that engineer is aware of the problem and will contact us, but now into the third week, with severe cold weather, and no contact from the engineer at all, keep calling the office keep being told the same thing "he's very busy", got a small child to keep warm, can't believe the engineer is to busy to make a call.

Despite the service engineer coming out to look at our faulty gas fire and indicating what he thought was the problem, advising he will order the correct part and leaving the fire partly un-assembled - we have heard nothing more from them for more than three months!!! We have called them with promises someone will call back, we have emailed them with no response at all and we have visited the showroom where the assistant promised to get someone to call all to no avail. If they would just tell us they are unable to carry out the repair that would at least be a start! A most unprofessional attitude toward their customers.
