I unfortunately had to rehome my cockatiel, Beaky Boy, due to my long term ill-health worsening. And even though the thought of doing so made me sad & teary I had to tell myself it was best for him, and because he gave me such delight over the years, I wanted to be as sure as I possibly could as to whoever I chose to rehome him with being genuinely able to give him a good standard of care. Finding out about Feather Tail Parrot Rescue I was impressed with the reviews and website, and so contacted them online and received a quick response. Hayley travelled some miles to collect him which I was very grateful for as I'm housebound due to my ill-health, and her friendly manner I found reassuring that my cockatiel will be well looked after. Feather Tail Parrot Rescue obvious love for parrots whatever their size made me feel at ease that they will do what's best for my cockatiel, and I appreciated being informed as to how he was doing.

FEATHER TAIL PARROT RESCUE helped me rehome my grandads African Grey after he had passed away. They was fast to respond and come to pick him up. I was able to see that he was happy and well looked after after leaving us and I am very grateful for them taking him on and caring for him as I was not able to due to my wife's allergies.

Love these ladies in what they do , so passionate & dedicated to get the right bird for that person it’s not u chose the bird it’s the bird that chooses u . I love the sheer talent & hard work that goes into rescuing & rehoming of the different species of parrots . The girls ensure u have everything down to certificate of fostering or adoption along with a package with all the necessary care it takes to look after ur bird . I would definitely recommend these ladies if u want to rehome a bird please speak to Hayley Vicky or Rebecca amazing ladies thank u ladies for all ur hardwork & dedication that goes into feathertail parrot rescue so much love for these ladies

I sadly have had to re home my beloved parrots due to changes in my circumstances. Hayley & Vicky were so very kind & understanding and left me feeling reassured that my parrots will get the best care & attention & ensure they will find amazing forever homes for them both .
