Back street builders, don't own any tools apart from a drill, screwdriver and bucket. They do not have any workers, will take a job on, charge premium price and then get workers off Gumtree to complete the job. Used cheapest materials going. Newly installed roof is leaking and they have not returned to rectify, they answer the phone when they want and give false hope of returning.
