Fabio De Gregorio was totally AWESOME!!! He arrived on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and very compassionate with my disabled brother and 84 year old mother. He fixed our blocked shower on the spot without us needing a 2nd visit. Fabio was really a Rock Star, he tested and make sure we were all set to go and how to use the shower better.
