  Dodgy wheeler dealers. Car should never of passed the MOT as had dangrous fault with the front steering knuckle. Warranty is totally worthless and FC Motors deny all knowledge. Honestly everyone should avoid this company and I have no idea how they are still trading. Very shady MOT practices. For your own safety please look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

  My auntie called me asking if I can help her find a car. I immediately called Shane the same day, gave him the spec my auntie wanted. Within 30 minutes Shane was sending me pictures of cars he could purchase from the auction. Being in lockdown, I guess he had to be creative as he wasn't able to buy stock freely. Within a few hours, after a bit of going back and forth, my aunt found a car she liked. Shane won the car at auction, picked it up, valeted it and delivered it to me Within the space of 5 days. My aunt didn't have to leave her house. I dropped her new car off 5 days later. Warranty included. As my auntie loved the service so much, she told my sister and literally the same as above, my sister got a new car Within a week of registering her interest to me. Baring in mind we were in lockdown, this was a covid safe essential service. My auntie got a 2017 VW Golf and my Sister a 2016 Vauxhall Astra. Thanks for your help Shane. I'll be coming for my BMW X4 next.

  Fabulous experience from start to finish! I can't thank Shane enough for making the buying process so easy! I was on the hunt for a quality, value for money run around for my little cousin and purchased the car just before Xmas. Working for Audi myself I had an idea of what I was looking for and am always called on when a car is needed! I spotted a car on Auto trader that looked great value for money so contacted the seller directly. I received an almost immediate response from Shane and arranged a viewing for the weekend that followed. Giving the current corona virus restrictions I can't thank FC motors enough for their professional approach and for making the viewing of the car as safe as possible. The car was as described and came with complete service history, current MOT and 12 month warranty. I noticed a small scuff on the alloy - and Shane even had the alloy refurbed free of charge! As we couldn't drive the car away on the day it was then delivered to my little cousin - bow included! I would definitely recommend FC motors to anyone in the market for a great value used car. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

  I bought a car at the beginning of lockdown. I was in a very difficult position and explained to Shane that I'm a single mum with a child with additional needs. I needed a reliable car for a new job and was relying on the honesty of the company to provide a reliable car as I was in extreme financial difficulties and was starting a new job to try and get back on track. The vehicle was delivered a day late, and I noticed a piercing screeching sound the first time I drive it. It needed £300 worth of work just for that screeching sound alone. I asked the garage (very trustworthy mechanics that I've used for years) to give it a once over thorough check. It had several faults and needed over a thousand pounds worth of work on the car. My local Garage advised me that it should never have passed the mot and was deemed dangerous and unroad worthy. It should've been scrapped. I've tried contacting Shane on numerous occasions and never got any replys except replys denying any knowledge of my attempts to contact him. This has been referred to trading standards and is going through the court process. In a nutshell, he takes on faulty cars, puts dogdy it's on them and sells them on with no concern to people's safety. I lost my new job due to lack of transport and am now paying off a loan for a car that I cannot drive and have no income to cover loan payments. Im about to face bankruptcy despite clearly explaining my desperate circumstances before buying the car. The person who runs this company is a vile, dishonest conman who doesn't have an ounce of decency in his whole body. He is totally untrustworthy and has no conscience. Avoid this car sales place at all costs!!! You'll either end up broke or seriously injured through driving unsafe cars that are only good for scrap!!!!!

  I brought a car for daughter from FC Motors LTD, I was given a 24 month warranty in which I was given a list of things the warranty would cover. Within a few weeks of buying the car it developed a fault. I contacted the warranty company and they advised me to take it to a VAT registered comoany. The cost of the repair came to £339 and the warranty company would only cover £129. I contacted the owner of FC Motors several times and each time he told me would get back to me and he would speak to the warranty company up. To this day he has still never got back to me. I had to pay the cost and was messed around for a whole week. This was my daughter's first car and she was very upset. I would not reccoment this company and definitely wouldn't recommend the warranty as it's not worth the paper it's written on. Very disappointed.

  On 21/06/20 I went and viewed a VW Scirocco that was in stock, I organised to go and see the car, dealer told me to be there for 15:00 as he had someone else coming to view at 15:30. He ended up being over 30 mins late and turning up in the freshly washed car I was looking to buy (doesn't seem very professional already?) I had a look round the car and checked through everything and despite a dodgy start was happy to go through with the sale, I paid a £200 holding deposit and arranged a trade in with my current car. We agreed to go through with the sale on Tuesday (23/06/20) at around 11:30am. Turned up on the day, after driving over 2.5 hours from the North of England, had had no word from dealer and he still hadnt sent over the invoice for the deposit I had paid as he promised. After arriving at 11:30am to the shop being shut up and both of his mobile and business phone line going straight to voicemail, I wasn't impressed but obviously waited around. After over TWO hours of waiting I still hadn't heard anything and everything was going to voicemail and shut. So after trying to contact him multiple times I had to drive another 2.5 hours home. He then rang me grovelling that afternoon saying his 'phone had died.' Not an excuse considering it was a pre arranged sale anyway. It's been over a week now and after many texts being sent to him and bank details being sent over I still haven't received my £200 back and I doubt I will. Scummy scummy seller, don't risk it just because the car seems a good price. Dodgy, let down, and embarrisingly unprofessional edging on being criminal. Reported to trading standards and I hope you get your karma for how you acted.

  This cowboy took a deposit from my niece and when she went back to collect the car a few days later he didn’t show up, keeping her deposit. Total gangster avoid at all costs
