I can’t recommend Faye enough, if you can’t be doing with the hassle of finding the perfect location at the best possible price Faye is your women to take it all off your hands. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble, she loves it and you can tell! We recently booked a holiday to Turkey with Faye and oh my days it was the best all inclusive hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We will definitely be back to book more.

Faye is very knowledgeable about travel and she suggested our hotel in Turkey and boy did she come up trumps! It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, which says a lot considering we’ve been going abroad for 30 odd years and often more than once a year. What can I say! I love Faye - she takes all the hassle out of booking holidays. She has the patience of a saint as I am not the easiest customer - I don’t always know what I want for a start! Faye persists and always comes up with the goods in the end. We’ve had some fantastic holidays - some which we would never have booked if it hadn’t been for her knowledge and encouragement - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and I do recommend her regularly!

I was recently referred to faye for a holiday search. Faye was able to find us exactly what we were looking for at a competitive price. We decided to book our holiday to Egypt with Faye and we felt like our hands were held every step of the way. From booking, checking in and everything in between. My one daughter has additonal needs and faye went above and beyond communicating with the airlines and accomodations to ensure all her needs would be met and this gave us a complete stress free time and the ability to enjoy our holiday. The communication with Faye has been second to none very friendly and responsive. Faye checked in with us whilst away to ensure everything was okay and on returning she made contact to make sure we were happy with our recent holiday. Just back from a lovely holiday in Cyprus, booked through Faye who literally did everything for us, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. The TUI Sensatori hotel was brilliant and catered for everything you could wish for. It’s been many years since I last booked a package holiday but I’ll definitely do so again soon.
