The team from Fay Flooring were fab from start to finish! We had a latex screed poured before final LVT flooring in a herringbone design. Fay flooring were accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and super professional. They really listened to the design idea we had and worked with us to achieve our vision. Where do I start? I have been dealing with Jim, who I’m told is the owners son. It was painful from the beginning. On 3 separate occasions I have had to send 4/5 chaser communications to get an answer on questions. 3 months from the time originally spoke with Jim he told me they are now ready to fit the flooring. By this point we had decided to move and was told they could return the flooring with a small carrier charge. One month later I get a follow up message saying I need to pay 30% of the flooring costs. When asked, I was told it’s due to their suppliers etc and if I don’t pay they will take me to court for the full price. People should avoid them at all costs. It’s be a dreadful experience from start to finish. Anyone reading this can reach out to me and I will share the conversations with Fay flooring.
