May 2023 update: Ordered a box of ribs last night and have never been more disgusted with a takeaway food order (and that's saying something lately), than with the cold 'meatless' greasy box of fat covered bones this restaurant delivered in place of £10 worth of 'prime' spare ribs. Again no salt on the fries and no sachets or napkins included. This pitiful business should not be allowed to remain open, if their incompetent non-English speaking staff have absolutely no concerns about lack of food hygiene/ food quality, or customer satisfaction, even to a most basic minimum of standards. My dog ate better than me last night for a fraction of the cost! NEVER AGAIN! You're 'NOT' my Favourite Fired chicken.

I got some food from them yesterday, they are so rude and they charge you more than listed prices, also undercooked chicken that gave us stomach aches today!!reported them and was told that there is so many complaints against them!! We’ll close them down then!!

We won’t be order from this shop ever again. There driver give us a fake £5 notes and the shop refuses to take responsibility for this! I call the restaurant to confront them, but the lady was extremely rude to me and lying that it’s was not there driver. It’s was Just eat driver. However, it’s was a CASH payment delivery. So of course it is the shop driver!! I have report this matter to the police already! shop and there staffs will get check with the police very soon. As this is a thief!! This is unacceptable to do your customer like this! Everyone don’t order from this shop ever again guys!

Rude unfriendly staff, for walk in customer is cash only for sure VAT fraud going, no VAT receipt given when ask for one, although they have online service available for orders . (Uber eat, etc) Shocking they don’t have rubbish bin inside the shop when asked staff reply used outside street rubbish bin.

Went on Friday evening to get dinner, Very rude customer service. Ordered a 10 piece bucket and 10 wings. Food was not that great and was given very small chips because I did not want to upgrade to large chips these weren’t even regular size as you are supposed to get with this bucket. The management has changed and so has the quality of the food and service. Looks like a husband and wife with a couple of staff, all need to take a course in customer service or their will be on one to be rude to! The pricing needs to be up so it is clear what you are paying as it felt like the rude man that was serving me was making the prices up for the wings as these were not displayed. I would have given zero stars if it was possible. These people have NO respect for their customers and should remember without us they have no business. Parking: Ok
