Fault Fixers has been a great platform to help with my plumbing & heating business. The software is user friendly and easy to navigate around. A great benefit has been the reduction in paperwork and efficiency has been increased because paperwork is no longer being lost or incorrectly completed. It gives multiple people in my team whether it be engineers or back office staff instant access to any job data required and the mobile app is a great time saver. It enables office staff to dispatch work quicker and improves the productivity of the engineers. All in all a fantastic bit of software, and Tom is always on hand for training or any queries we've had.
