My Mum recently passed away so I decided I wanted an mother daughter tattoo so I booked in with Katy who was very welcoming, booked in a slot for my sister as well she had decided she wanted to honour Mum as well. My design was the infinity sign with a heart in the middle, which Klevi had tattooed on me he did a great job, I am very pleased with the result. Visited today with a very anxious friend, from the offset she was made to feel totally at ease. Receptionist was reassuring and attentive and the young lady piercer (Steph) was very understanding. She guided her through the entire process and my friend even commented on how painless it was! Will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a piercing, I did see a guy come out after receiving his tattoo and was nothing but but smiles so he must’ve had a present experience in the tattoo room. Massive thanks to everyone at fattats!

Piercing was not pierced in the correct place, cause severe pain and bleeding. Got it checked by another professional and was advised to take it out straight away! When discussed with staff they were rude and confrontational, we’re more concerned that I went to another piercer and not them to go check it out. Like why would I go back to them when they did it wrong in the first place and I wasn’t comfortable with going to them again lol 🤣 was told to come in and discuss it with the piercer and themselves , after the phone call I did not want the refund nor did I want to have another encounter with them. Companies like this need to start taking card so we can go directly to the bank for a dispute as this is fraud and damaging not to mention life changing as it’s caused me pain and scaring.
