Duran Duran post gig event not as advertised. No ticket required, as I walked in the bar. And then walked out as event was non existent. I will seek refund via my credit card.

The event was advertised as 1 thing yet was something completely different when we got there. Turned up and the bouncers were literally asking random people off the streets to come in for free. Advised me to get in contact with Fatsoma as the event was clearly not on but Fatsoma literally replied saying they have no legal obligation to refund tickets bla bla bla. Silly me believed the flyer and bought VIP tickets that gave you access to the VIP area that wasn't there, BBQ advertised, was not there either. Never again will I be using them.

Poorly managed event on Old School Hip-Hop Outdoor Summer BBQ - Manchester 2022 Limited parking. Poor food arrangements with only one vender providing food leading to long lines, leaving you spending more time in line then actually enjoying the event. And I personally found the “no return upon exit” a inconvenience when I wished to return to my vehicle merely to collect my wife’s coat. Security while polite lacked either authority or flexible attitude to accommodate. Would not recommend further use of this organisation.

My event was cancelled and Fatsoma refused to provide me with a refund. I had to open a bank dispute and then miraculously got a refund within one day! Ridiculous and unprofessional! They also never advertised that the event was cancelled whilst the other ticketing company did on their website. They clearly wanted to scam. They sent me a silly email telling me to go and contact the organisers. The bank agreed it was ridiculous when the transaction was made to them. Avoid at all costs! SCAM! UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT TO BE TRUSTED. OPEN A BANK DISPUTE STRAIGHT AWAY AND YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IN ONE DAY.
