My food was late leaving the restaurant so it was cold by the time it arrived, the pizza was burnt, the potato bites were not cooked properly, the nachos were charcoal and the pudding was still frozen. Will not be ordering from here again. Waste of money.

Placed an order which was advertised at £24.99 then at the checkout was asked if wanted to use points to add free food, which I did, when order went through price jumped from £24.99 to £37.71. I immediately rang to cancel order as I was over charged was told order was cancelled but they still went ahead and delivered so guess I’ll get no refund for the massive over charge. I will be contacting trading standards as the menu clearly displays £24.99 don’t be fooled into using your points for free food as in my case it clearly wasn’t the wedges cost me £12.72
