I have been going here regularly since they opened 8/9 years ago. They use to be so good but have fell off badly. My most recent experience, I got chicken donner which was like rubber. Wanted to give them a chance so called next time and asked to get a fresh batch. Guy said they cut it and store it in the fridge so could possibly be rubbery again. Also said that's just the way it is as chicken donner is not popular. Its unfortunate but doubt I'll be going here again.
