I waited 2 hours for burnt chicken inedible chips and a waffle tougher than chewing on a yellow pages it cost £34 mate atleast makes sure it's edible

Tonight thought i would give fat jack snack ago.. even with mixed reviews the pics of food looked amaxing.. now I try to be as understanding as can be working in resturants and takeaways myself.. but tonight was the longest.Have ever had to wait for an order.. I ordered at 8.15 and it arrived 22.40.. 2 ½ is just not acceptable. I rang twice to trace where my order was the first time I rang at 9 30 and she said I was next in the que and my food was being made to which it arrived hour 10 mins later but when I rang second time she said it had left and it still took 30 mins to be delivered I live 7 mins away in the car. I understand that she said they were essentially overun but no one is willing to wait that long for some donuts and a brownie warmed up with melted chocolate on. The food was ok warm but not hot.. but I won't be ordering here again

So called up asked about their donuts, they let me drive all the way there (30 mins) let me order 2 x donuts then proceeded to tell me they had no donuts after I had placed the order. When I ordered a milkshake, 5 people stood round doing nothing and I waited around 15 mins for a single milkshake. Avoid or be disappointed.
