Bought a Triumph Tiger 1050 from these guys. I've had it for over half a year now and no problems with it. When I came in they had to jump start it as the battery was flat, I didn't like that and when made an offer I request a new battery and also oil change. When the bike got delivered I checked the oil and it was brand new however the bike didn't start... Either they didn't swap the battery or put in some other old one... I called them about that quite upset but they straight away offered a brand new battery and if I wanted it ASAP then suggested to pop in to Halfords, buy it myself, send them the receipt and they would pay me back. That's exactly what happened, I had money in the account very quickly. Some things might get missed, I understand that but when they learnt about a problem they sorted it out on the spot. I can recommend and would buy again from here :)

Took my bike for a mot test at Fasttrack while i was waiting had a look around the showroom and decided after a valuation to buy a Yamaha R1, No pressure salesmen and great bunch of people. A couple of days after delivery the bike decided to breakdown, I phoned them and they sent the van out in 10 mins to pick me up and fixed the bike in 15mins, I was back out on the road 👍 Fantastic service they couldn’t apologise enough it was the previous owners fault that caused a wire to break. Thankyou Fasttrack I’ll be definitely back for my next bike I would recommend anyone to go look at their stock 👍

OMG! Why can't all businesses be like these...from start to finish absolutely brilliant. Saw the harley on their website and the video, a quick and easy phone call and all sorted. Delivered today and as good as it was expected. Even when I raised something over the phone later they were nothing but helpful and ready to sort it out.....lol even got a tasty freebie. Thanks to everyone at fastrack....brilliant

An honest motorcycle dealer… No really they are. Due to cancer treatment I was unable to go and view the bike. However the photo’s & video online were nice & detailed. When I rang to enquire about the bike nothing was to much trouble & at no point did I feel rushed. By the end of the phone call I was confident enough to pay for the bike & delivery. I was called as soon as the bike had gone through prep & the delivery date was agreed. Unfortunately on the delivery date the driver fell ill, however I was called several times that morning whilst they tried to find another driver, however in the end we just agreed on another delivery date. When the bike arrived it was exactly as expected & I’m now the proud owner of a bright purple Harley. Couldn’t be happier with Fasttrack’s service, not only would I recommend them, I’d happily use them again myself.

Bought my Harley Davidson Fat Bob from Bill at Fasttrack Motorcycles. I live 455 miles away from the showroom so did not see it in person until it was delivered. Bike was exactly as expected. 100% happy with my purchase. Also Traded in one of our bikes against it, the delivery company took it away when they delivered the Fat Bob. No hassles at all. Will definitely be checking their stocks when we are making another purchase.
