I use the Birmingham location quite a bit for my printing needs in the UK. Being based in the US, it's always nerve-wracking when you have to use a vendor who is far away, but I have never had anything but an amazing experience with FastSigns in Birmingham! The whole team is professional, responds quickly and has never produced anything but a top-quality product, even when I've sent last-minute rushed requests. Called for a quote on Monday morning for a simple shop sign 3.5m x 0.6m, woman said she will get back to me in the afternoon or next day. Called back on Wednesday apparently they are still working on it?? Others were able to provide a quote straight away. Very slow and poor service.
