My car was badly damaged after a "rear end collision" which made my car non-road-worthy. Steve Purcell was the person assigned to deal with all ALL the repairs, and he went above and above and above and beyond! Nothing was too Big or too Small for Steve to identify, rectify and advice on. He gave the most regular update throughout and I've never seen that from any company I've ever dealt with. Steve made the most efficient recommendations regarding the required repair which prevented time wastage on every level. When someone is this efficient, fair-minded and professional; I believe they are a major asset to any company and it reflects on Fastlane; who are blessed to have him with his expert knowledge and attention to detail when dealing with specific customer's requirements. I'd also give praise to Paul whom I'd only met for the first time when I was collecting my car (after the repair) and even he, was efficient and very professional in making sure everything was completed to the highest quality before I drove away. Therefore, I'd give TEN YELLOW STARS to Steve Purcell, Paul & Fastlane and highly recommend this company! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I picked up my Tesla yesterday after it was repaired when someone drove into it whilst it was parked. I was incredibly impressed with not only the repair work but also the service that I received from Fastlane and especially Steve who looked after me throughout. I was kept updated regularly and he'd always contact me with information when he said he would. The first time I used Fast lane I was very impressed, second time I have been extremely let down. My vehicle has been with Fast lane for two months now. I was told I would be getting my car delivered today between 8-10am. I received a call at 8am to say that a sensor they put in my vehicle was faulty and gave me two options. I can take my car to Mercedes and have it replaced under parts warranty, I don't know this was given as an option, why would I go and get something they are meant to fixed elsewhere when they are charging my insurance company for the whole lot? I've asked them to replace it and fix it themselves and give my car back in perfect condition, but now they'll probably keep my car for another month. I think fastlane need to stop taking jobs when they clearly do not have the work force to complete the jobs in adequate time.
