Adam our hero! Yesterday, i was helping a freind move from Dover to Sheffield, got on the road in my estate car. Just when i was thinking everything was going well, even the crossing had been kind, suddenly just outside of romford the car starts showing all sorts of warning lights. A few panics later, i speak to Adam at fast van, who offers to turn a van around quickly for us so we could have it for the rest of the day. Not only did he do this, but it was at a really reasonable price. As three women it would be fair to say we were pretty vulnerable in that moment, he was kind and helpful and in no way took advantage of the situation, he just wanted to help. His checks of the van were incredibly fair, professional and transparent before and after. Also the van was actually really nice to drive. Also the drop off place is 24hour which was really helpful. I would 100% recommend this company, great job guys, i hope you get some well deserved postive karma for helping us out yesterday!
