I contacted this company on 1st June and explained I had a problem with my shower. A person called Phil asked me to send a picture and my details to him on WhatsApp, which I did.He said he had received the details and suggested a couple of things that need to be done. On the 3rd of June I asked when he would be able to look at the shower. He replied next week at the earliest. On the 17th June I asked again when he would be able to look at the shower. NO REPLY I have tried phoning several times since, but the phone is never answered.It is now the 9th July and still nothing. I had to give one star to leave a review, it should have been no stars. If he he didn’t want the job why hasn’t he had the decency and common courtesy to let me know.
