Took my old bikes here when i was younger and they absolutely rinsed me and gave pathetic fixes, for example charged 60 for a new rear light and they just duct taped it on absolutely pathetic avoid place

0 stars, Please please please do not buy from these people. I bought a bike from them and had it delivered which took weeks, took it for a ride that evening and it wouldn't run properly, called them the next day (nightmare to get in contact)Took them a month to pick the bike up for warranty, had it 6 weeks and delivered it back, runs worse than it did before, its now un-rideable. Told to speak to Gary who is never available once you have purchased the bike and Hilary pushes you from pillar to post like the workshop guys, Hilary put the phone down on me saying I was being rude and shouting which I promise I wasn't, this just after I said to her, I dont mean to be rude but I think Gary is avoiding me and you are pushing me from pillar to post which was strange the way she did it?? Now they will not answer my calls. the whatsapp group is pointless as I have never had a reply on there since July (so 3 months). At the moment I am left with an expensive ornament. Currently going through my bank DO NOT PAY THEM VIA BANK TRANSFER I think this is a scheme they do to get out of a bike they dont want by dragging it passed your 30 day rights.
