Well what can I say about this firm. Absolutely fantastic from Day one. I have been looking for a particular stove recommended to me. Fast Stoves knew all about them and told me what I needed for the job and provided a drawing , I then changed my mind on the position and within an hr had a revised drawing and new parts list. Fast Flues is an understatement! Ordered before mid day and was there 10am next morning. It doesn't stop there, I was then told I could call anytime for advice before and during the installation. This is the second flue we have bought from Fast Flues Ltd. Great product, great price, good protective packaging and swift delivery. Rob also made self-installation so much easier by being accessible for advice. He was quickly able to identify via a video call that our second-hand stove had had its collar installed and cemented in the wrong way up which made sense of why it didn’t naturally fit with a 5” or 6” flue system. He also covered postage to exchange wrongly ordered parts and made a follow up call to say the returned parts had arrived and check everything was good. Thank you so much for your help, Rob! Excellent service both times round. 😊
