    THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES I HAD RELATED TO AN ONLINE SHOP. I just received a refund for a pair of shoes I bought almost one month ago. After waiting quite long, I receive a wrong refund. I paid 56.99€ for my shoes and they refund me 45,59€, apart of the delivery I had to pay to refund the shoes (11€) In total I lost 23€ because I tried to buy in a new store, is the worst service I ever had in my life related to an online store. Be really sure you want what you buy because if you want to try you will lose money…

    I am still waiting for my shoes since Dec. 15. Two pairs of heels I paid for along with a clutch in the same order. The clutch has arrived and when I emailed asking why my order was separated, they took ages to answer with an automated email. Now, I have been asking for a refund and they still won’t answer me. This is for the order 003543533 since LAST YEAR. It’s NOW FEBRUARY 2022. Their customer service team is HORRIBLE — they don’t help SOLVE ANYTHING. I want what I paid for those shoes, I don’t understand why that’s so challenging to comprehend.
