I herd about the FTCT through my place of work, I had been struggling for quite some time trying to save to replace the furniture and clothing from my children’s room that I had to get rid of due to the damp and mould in our flat. I contacted FTCT and within a couple of months they had approved me with a grant to purchase the items needed to make it feel like home again. I cannot thank the team enough for what they have done for our family, it has relieved me of so much stress and worry about getting the money together. Thank you so much

This Charity does amazing work, I’m a single mum of four and work part time, each month is a continued struggle financially, I found myself not being able to provide my children with new school uniform, shoes etc so was advised to apply to fashion and textile trust, the people were lovely and very supportive can’t thank them enough they helped me though a difficult time by taking away some stresses and worries in my life at that particular time. Thank you once again…Charities like this give you a breather in life’s sometimes difficult path ❤️

I had no idea that this charity existed until I was informed by one of my work colleagues as she knew I was going through a really rough time after a relationship breakdown. Having to start a home again from scratch has proved to be a really difficult time for me financially and I can’t thank this charity enough. The money I have been awarded will enable my son to enjoy his own bedroom instead of sharing my room with me. The whole process from start to finish has been so easy and I have been kept informed by email or phone call from the lovely Anna every step of the way so from submitting my application to getting my award it’s taken about 3 weeks which is excellent. I’m so pleased with the service I’ve received and will be telling everyone I know that they don’t have to struggle alone and to apply! Thankyou so much.

FTCT we’re a life line for me when I was made redundant back in 2020. With a little one on the way and covid hitting the UK, was in a bind, and to top it all, my fridge packed in. We applied for a grant to cover clothes, a rug and they even replaced my fridge freezer. I cannot imagine what I would have done without them. Thank you FTCT, your amazing work will always be remembered.
