UPDATED* Expensive for cheap quality. Customer service was rude and argumentative. When I explained they were going to miss the delivery date estimate they expressed to me if they do not ship today, I received a generic reply stating the INCORRECT turn around time. Then they tried to upsell me, offering to rush my order for £25 🤣 What a joke given their extortionate prices. I tried once again to explain, I didn't want to "rush" it...but encouraged them to meet the expectation they set out, however, if they don't ship it "today", it won't reach me by the LATEST date they quoted me upon checkout. They still didn't get it so I asked to cancel it for a refund and escalate to the manager via email only, since I didn't have the time (as a mum to a toddler) to talk about fabric whilst trying to run after a toddler....so what did the manager do? Ignore the request to email, tried to call me and then send a uppity email saying he'd tried to call but I didn't answer...😑 I asked him to review the email trail so he could see the issue. And received sevetal very defensive emails back from him. Ive not bothered tk respond further, it's not sinking in....All I asked of them, was to send the fabric "today" to meet THEIR stipulated arrival deadline....what a faff and what terrible customer service. I won't be making that mistake again. I've found a wonderful alternative printer shop with far better quality, cheaper fabric and fantastic customer service. I've left THEM a wonderful review. Looking forward to reading the generic, defensive reply no doubt they will write..... *And there is the long winded, generic and defensive response I expected. Your loss. Not mine. Very happy with my new supplier WM.

Fast, efficient service for both the sample sent out and the order itself. Received the finalised custom order very quickly and the colour is gorgeous. We recently received a blanket for our daughter’s bed. We are very pleased with the product. The quality is great - on the inside it has a warm fluffy material and the outside is super soft. It is so warm, our daughter loves it. We chose the pattern from a wide variety so there is something for all tastes. I would definitely recommend it and planning to purchase more for gifting.
