    Hi, just to say a big thank you for brilliant customer service! You took the trouble to phone me shortly after I placed the order to explain about delays on next day deliveries because of the Post Office strike days, and you offered to put it with DPD instead. I hadn’t thought about the P.O. delays, but had only in any case expected delivery on Monday (yesterday) at the earliest because I placed the order after 3pm on Thursday …it arrived on Saturday! Your thoughtful, considerate and proactive approach is so rare these days, and as such is especially appreciated and applauded! By the way, the fascinator is great too!!! Many thanks!!! Eileen

    I would like to highly recommend this company. I was looking for a hat for my daughters wedding next month and originally was looking for a blue to match my dress. However I changed my mind and this company helped me every step of the way.     Had to hurriedly get a wedding outfit together after the much awaited decision to allow weddings above 30 go ahead. I searched online and found this company, the products looked great, prices very good. So I gave them a try. I’m so pleased I did, I ordered a larger fascinator. Beautiful silver grey colour, really well made. It can be clipped on or you can use the headband. It’s just perfect. The service was fast on next day delivery.
