Very Poor costumer service No one is able to speak English While I ordered my food online trough the app take away , they’re calling me to ask me what did I ordered , this is so funny 😂 If you can’t read my orders which I choose by options on your website en checkout please get some one at least to be able to read English and my orders .

I've been going to this restaurant for many years now. The food always had been consistently good. However, last time I ordered, I had the worse Iranian food I had in London... Ever. Uncooked rice, koobideh was mostly breadcrumbs/soya or both. portion size halved and I'm not even gonna mention the salad which was a few days old... I don't know whether the owner changed or chef. Food is not the same.

Very poor service. Lack quality. Terrible unfriendly staff. Previous manageer and staff were very good. But this new manager and staff are far from it. I suggest anyone reading my review to do not go to this branch of Farsi resturant.

Kebab smelly how is it served? This is how it was when I got home. I can't return it. My kids didn't eat it. Failed experience and a very bad restaurant. The requests were missing chips and bread. Why, if you don't provide better service, why take orders? Restaurant manager what's your job

Absolutely appalling service. As a PCO driver, they did not let me use their toilets even though I showed my badge. I requested to speak to manager Hamid who forced me to buy something if I wanted to use their toilets. Explained I dropped off a customer and I am miles away from home, they did not care and wanted my money. Had to buy a can of drink for £3 (the cheapest item and I know they increased the price, just to use the toilet. Next door is a convenient store which sells the same can of drink for 80p. Toilet was in a very bad state and the can of drink was warm. The restaurant was empty and had damp smell. I wouldn't recommend
