Been with this Doctor’s for many, many years now the service has gotten worse and worse you need to know when an appointment is needed 6 weeks in advance to get to seen. Some of the reception staff are very hard to deal with. If you work you have to take time off as you can’t get early or late appointments. They seem to think that everyone can attend between 10am and 3pm. Much better service and care in the old building.

If 0 stars was an option i would give it! My 3 year old son has had a high temperature over 41+ for the past 6 days! We don't call up because doctors are useless here! Its come to a point now he’s started to get spots around his hands and feet. Stayed awake all night to ring at 8:00am on the dot and called up 18 times to get through to the reception only to speak to a rude lady to only say send photos to the doctor and wanted to put the phone down after a minute conversation! I hate calling up to this surgery every time its the same but what other option do we have? Wether your in a serious condition or you have a slight fever you will get treated the same way which is the absolute minimum (prescribing paracetamol and antibiotics) Doctors are the worse! Receptionist should have manners! Nurses are ok. Im not one to be posting about reviews on the Internet but i guess now you know its that bad that I'm warning others about it!

When we first joined Farrow, it used to be decent. However, things have become so bad now, that I sincerely believe this practice has become a health hazard for its patients. My 10-week pregnant wife got an unbearable pain near her tailbone that rendered her unable to sit and sleep all night. We waited all night to the second it hit 8 AM in the morning and called the practice and got an in person appointment for 11 AM. We were relieved but shortly after we got a text that the appointment was cancelled and a doctor will ring us. When the doctor rang, I was sat next to my wife and so heart the conversation. She described about her unbearable pain and swelling but I was appalled that the doctor was so dismissive of everything my wife said, saying pain like this is normal in pregnancy and there's no remedy. The Dr. Just wanted to shut the phone ASAP. Anyhow, we knew that the pain was not normal so I booked a same day appointment with a Bupa private GP in Leeds. The moment the Dr. had a look, she said you've got an awful infection and prescribed her a 7 day antibiotics course along with some other remedies. One can only think what would have happened if we didn't go to the private GP. This practice should be ashamed of their actions, as they are no longer providing the service for which they are paid for.

Where are the Asian receptionist? Some of these white receptionist are very rude, especially young white with blonde hair very rude, didn't like the way she spoke or speaks to patients, especially Asian patients and she appears to give filthy look to patients, especially Asian patients. They need to get her out before she contaminates her co-workers and make things worse. I am truly disturbed and disgusted by her attitude, hope she gets sacked.
