I had the happiest 45 mins with Rachel and Lauren in the Manchester shop today. I took in a photo of a Japanese screen that I wanted to use for inspiration and they helped me come up with a palette of colours. I wanted each room to have its own colours but for the house to have a cohesive palette that toned. To say I was delighted with what we picked is an understatement. The ladies were helpful, knowledgable, full of ideas and happy to help me play around to find something I loved. Fingers crossed the testers come out as we planned. Thanks girls, you were fabulous and I wouldn’t have picked Pelt without your inspiration!

Had the most fantastic service in Farrow and ball this week. Lovely friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and staff are friendly and approachable, especially the young lady who served me Louise. She advised me on the best colours to suit my newly refurbished living room and gave me some wonderful bright and colourful options I'd never have thought of myself. She's a credit to the store.

Five stars for service. The Manchester team really are incredible, offering complimentary advice and not afraid to suggest more daring colour solutions/schemes. Their non-pushy, friendly and knowledgable service along with the quality of Farrow & Ball paint is why I keep coming back and recommend them to clients I work with. Unfortunately, I recently had to place a large order through Brewers as they offer 20% discount on your first and second order when signing up for a loyalty card, including archive colours and wallpaper. It’s a shame that the F&B showroom is unable to price match as I would have preferred to order direct.
