Awful! Farrer & Co claim they posted personal legal documents by second class stamp post. They were not delivered and they refused to repost. My sensitive legal documents and personnel data are lost.They couldn’t even pay for signed for or similar tracked service. The partner I dealt with was particularly difficult and unprofessional. He even suggesting I had lied. Who in their right mind would trust them with important legal matters? There are many competent law firms in London, This isn’t one of them!
