    Several people on Facebook including myself tried to raise concerns on the Facebook page of Far Place Woolston Southampton, asking why this is Happening to a much loved shop, the new manager has not addressed any of our concerns instead choosing to remove the post? Me and my mum drive to several different charity shops with this one being last on our stop. we have been doing t his for many years, we come in regulary and spend a lot of money in the shop. Recently we were left so upset to walk in and see the changes, the beauty of the shop is that its jumbled in places you get to search and find some great finds, it had so much charm and character, now it's been gutted out it looks bare like a waiting room we were shocked. The biggest upset is that the prices are now through the roof. I noticed it wasn't as packed as it is usually... and I suspect this is due to people no longer being able to find a bargain. Very upsetting to see we won't be back unfortunately.

    Possibly one of the worst charity shops I have ever visited - rails upon rails of overpriced Primark, well-used/tatty, or poor quality ‘unbranded’ clothes; many of which stink. Absolutely tons of DVDs and CDs (probably piling up due to their high prices), and unfriendly, moronic staff who have very suspicious ‘policies’ when it comes to selling donated goods (many donations don’t seem to reach the shop floor for the public to buy).

    Love this shop. It's got a wide selection of clothes and nic nacks. Everything is excellently priced. Staff are always pleasant. My only gripe would be that the baby clothes are in a bin on the floor. Being a pregnant lady that can be a bit of an ask to bend down to rummage through but ultimately worth it as there's almost always some great items
