    Couldn't hear the tannoy from the waiting room which is on the platform so I missed the train. Don't care about double glazing lady don't live next to a train station

    Catching a train to Waterloo at 2.28 Saturday 4th June, I’d heard there may be rail strikes so popped to the ticket office to check. Really helpful, friendly chap in the office at just after 1pm assured me all was ok and advised that my ticket was flexible so I could grab the train just arriving that got me another hour to get across London for re second journey from St Pancras, Great service, thank you!
