Went to this vets a couple of months ago had treatment done meds given quote to have 3 teeth out rang them today because my dog is bleeding heavy and almost had an argument because they can't find me on there system ?they even requested and got her old files from pdsa where she used to be treated and still can't find her on there system so know I have to frantically find another vet

Horrendous experience. With the "COVID" excuse, you're left behind a mask, they take your pet somewhere in a closed room with no idea what's going on, you can't see anything, you just deliver your loved pet like a parcel and they hand it back to you like a tool after repairs. Do they do anything at all, or just charge you £66 to give you steroids for an itching cat and tell you what the Internet does already for free? There's no need for a vet for this.

Had a bad experience at this vets once only out of our visits maybe a bad day on this occasion, other visits no problem and always quick at getting us booked in. had a chat with the vet about our previous issue at a later date and resolved the problem. Cannot fault how they are with our animals and also the system in place during the COVID period especially, so I have since changed my opinion and my rating mainly due to the vet having a chat with me about the past issue which was very professional of him.

If I could give more stars I would, this vets is truly outstanding and I would never take my animals anywhere else. The time, care and service provided by the whole team is phenominal, nothing is ever too much trouble, and there is always a member of the team at the end of the phone to give advise and support. I would like to personally thank Heather and Kevin who have played a big role in our animals lives, of which I am eternally greatful for. Thank you all.

Great vet clinic. We've been taking our cats and now dog here for over 10 years and I totally trust them. The vets and vet nurses are all knowledgeable and caring. The sister practice in Farncombe is also very good.

Good vets practice, not the biggest veterinary clinic but I like that as they seem to be on first name terms with most of their patients and my puppy is always comfortable coming here, there probably are cheaper vets out there but I go here as they are friendly and welcoming and my dog is happy here so I will continue to use them, they do a reasonably priced pet plan as well, I pay £15.50 a month and he gets all his treatments and check ups throughout the year, would recommend.

Not recommended, pulled my 2 cats and 2 dogs out, now go to Petsathome. Don't get me wrong they were charming as long as the money rolled in. The nail in the coffin was when they wanted an additional £50 for getting an eye specialist for my dog......the woman at the counter said as a matter of fact that's what they were entitled to. That was the last I heard from them. I was surprised I didn't get a call from them asking why i was leaving them....guess they have lots of mugs still going to them. I hope they find sense and leave too.
