The worst vet in Surrey, stay away. Found out a year later that they never gave my puppy her second vaccinations which they said she’d had but our new vet told me today that they didn’t. Could have caused a very dangerous situation. Joke of a place, awful employees.

We recently had to sadly have our 13year old dog pts. Steph the vet was amazing from talking us through this, to her aftercare call, card, paw print and fur. We recommend this vet 100%. When the time comes to have another dog, we wouldn’t hesitate to see her again for his/her care. Ronnie & Dave

I love Rivendell Vets, the reception team are great, especially Lewis, I always get an appointment when it’s needed. They worked very safely during the beginning of Covid and beyond. The vets are kind and caring, I couldn’t ask for a better team!!

With the help of the RSPCA, I've recently taken a stray cat, a half-wild wee beastie, that I'm thinking of adopting to get a check-up and paw fixed, by vet Kevin and nurse Helen. She received excellent friendly and caring service, and The MagRat (as she's known) was very happy and relaxed due to Kevin's expertise in putting her at her ease. You'd have thought she'd come for a petting session, and it was very clear that Kevin and Helen are true animal lovers. Not at all the wild cat I'm often used to seeing. Of course, The MagRat did (later) try to bite and claw Kevin's hands off; but that was after he'd tried to take liberties 🙀, when she became a bundle of feline fury. I've had great follow-up support from Rivendell Vets, and will be taking the MagRat to their Farncombe branch next month, so we can investigate a heart murmur. I'm very happy to give my -- and The MagRat's -- recommendation for this vetinary practice. They so obviously care about what they do. Thank you, Richard.
