I think you need to explain the business owners on West Street and Downing Street why they can't have their deliveries between 08:00-18:00 as the road signs do not allow stopping between these hours

Well done for whoever planned the road works in farnham and around, every rd has got a traffic cos of the lights and if you try to avoid it, other roads are shut!!!!!!
