Don’t bother wasting your time enquiring with this venue or whoever is on the end of the text messages from the only number they provide. I tried to call 3 times… left 2 voicemail messages and emailed them with no reply. I then got a text message when I tried to call them the 3rd & final time to which all correspondence from then on was only done via text message (very strange way to do business) I told the person (I refer to them as person because not once did they mentioned what their actual name was) I was enquiring with the hopes to hire the venue in December for a Xmas party. The actual specific dates I mentioned were already unfortunately booked up apparently. Every Saturday is booked up already apparently. So I asked about potentially a Friday… they said they already have regular evening events every Friday apparently… lol. So I then requested for them to send me all of the actual available dates left in December then so I could maybe work around it. They said they’d send those dates over to me but they didn’t. I messaged and asked for the dates 3 times over the course of 2 weeks… to which they kept saying that they will but they’re busy at the moment. They still did not give me the dates after asking for the 4th time. Why the reluctancy? Complete waste of time. How hard is it to send someone the remaining available dates for just 1 month? Why is a venue publicly advertising to hire their venue but are reluctant to actually hire it to anyone? Whoever is on the end of the text messages is very unprofessional, unreliable, inadequate and definitely should not be the first point of contact when dealing with potential clients. I own and run an events company and could have potentially hired the venue for multiple annual events throughout the year and boosted their revenue, visibility and clientele. But thanks to whoever the incompetent person is on the other end of that phone number… I’ll just have to approach some other venues where hopefully I get to deal with people who are actually professional and enthusiastic about hiring their venue to potential clients. Google should definitely introduce a Zero star option when leaving a review.

Great venue that Moo Music hires. Warm in the wintertime. Nice soft lights as well as big ceiling lights. Ample parking. Clean facilities. Would recommend to hire for use.
