    Always busy can never get an appt or lucky to get thru to a person...when u do get an appt the doctors are always rushed cant wait to get u out the door ...pharmacy rowlands is terribly run rude staff ..prescriptions are never ready even after receiving a message to say it is ...bring back river wet medical team best there was always helpful polite and eager to listen...tidy clean venue cafe nice and reception teams are great

    Been at this surgery since I was a child. Unfortunately, over the years it has gradually got worse and worse. The wait times to even get a response is beyond a joke these days. Impossible to contact by phone unless you dial 1 second past 8am. On numerous occasions I have waited almost a week just to get a response. Really not good when you are waiting on a prescription and run out during that wait. I’d love to file a complain, but let’s be honest, where will that get you? Absolutely nowhere is the answer.

    Poor service. The GP is situated in the main hospital building and receptionist has no idea about its services. You arrive. For appointment 30 mins early but because of misdirections you end up being late. Very poor state of affairs Needs considerable improvement
